Cash On Delivery
Available on selected orders and serviceable locations.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. Your payment information remains encrypted and protected.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS with your order details.
Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the amount is usually reversed automatically within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible products and locations. Veerloom Fashion reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, pin codes, or order values.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after successful verification and approval.
